Student’s assessment of Faculty, System in place.
- Feedback
Performa: Students Feedback Performa is one of the way to assess
the Faculty . In the middle of semester, we give the feedback Performa to
the students to fill. The filled performa become our parameter for
evaluation of the Institute and faculty.
- Informal
information about faculty by Director and Management is obtained
from the students regularly. Information provided by students is kept
secret. Further this information plays an important part in evaluating
each faculty member performance.
- Seminar: After
a regular interval of time, each faculty member deliver Seminar on her/his
topic of Interest that can be one of the source of assessment regarding
interest and Knowledge in various fields.
- Participation in
Sports and Extra Co-curricular activities :In addition to class
room teaching, students and faculty members participate actively in sports
and other Extra Co-curricular activities. From these events, Students can
easily assess various attributes like Motivation Factor, Caliber in
different fields and other attributes of personality of their faculty
members.
- Assessment through
Industrial trips: During Industrial Trips students got chance to
remain in touch with faculty members for a long period of time with which
they are able to access their extent of co-operative nature, friendly way
etc.
- Organisation of
Function: Whenever any function is organised in the institute,
students get chance to work with faculty members in a teams, from that
they can assess Leadership, perfectness and time management attributes of
their personality.
